The assessment is $997, and it's refunded if I don't find at least 5 hours a week. If you build with me, that $997 comes off the build. The build is a one-time fee, usually $2,000 to $5,000 depending on scope. After that, running and extending the systems starts at $1,497 a month, month to month, no long-term contract.
No. It is the same team with more capacity. The work only people can do stays with people. The repetitive work, the same quotes and questions and invoices, runs itself, so your team spends its hours on what actually closes business.
A chat window isn't the point. The point is wiring AI into the actual work so it runs without anyone remembering to open a tab. The quote drafts itself when the request comes in. The invoice reminder sends itself. You don't change how your team works, the busywork just stops landing on them.
Yes. I work inside your own accounts and tools, with access scoped to what the job needs. Nothing sensitive gets shipped off to train someone else's model, and you can shut off access any time. We agree on exactly what is in scope before anything goes live.
The first win is live in days, not months. The 4-day plan in your assessment turns on the highest-impact, lowest-effort fix first, so you feel the time come back almost right away. The bigger systems build from there.
You work with the operator who builds it, not an account manager who advises it. I run these exact systems in my own businesses before I bring them to anyone, so I'm showing you what already works for me, not selling you a theory.
No. The monthly stays month to month. I earn it by saving you more time than it costs. If it ever stops being worth it, you stop, and you keep everything I built.
