One of the great things about working as a freelancer is the variety of my job. I was able this year to go the Visions du reel international film festival in Nyon. Admittedly it is not quite Cannes or Venice, but it is by the water and does involve cinema…
It always amazes how diverse these film festivals are: this one featured movies about Russia, human rights, press freedom, Patti Smith and Lou Reed.
